The one I always enjoy is at Flame Tree B-B-Q in Animal Kingdom, but I'm sure you can get one without going into a theme park. I just can't think right now. I bet someone will be along in a minute with lots of places.

They have BBQ pork sandwiches at ESPN also that are very good..Not sure what the pull part means??
They pull the cooked pork apart with their fingers I think [:I]
They do the Pig sandwich in Hard rock cafe which is at city walk at Universal, it is one of theie specialities and it is very good.
We had pulled pork with the salad bar in Sonny's BBQ Pit on the 192, not sure if they do a sandwich as well. I had to ask what it was too!
On our last trip we found Smokey Bones on the US-50 - West Colonial Drive, (a bit off the beaten track for tourists but new ones shortly to be opened on the 192 and by Florida Mall.
I had a combo with chicken, ribs and pulled pork, it was fantastic and the beer was cheap - locals area, not tourist area of course!
Check out the menu in PDF format - http://www.smokeybones.com/menu/menu_04122004.pdf
This is far better than any Sonny's I have visited.

Had a pulled pork meal the other evening in Sonny's... what with that and their extra special BBQ sauces, I might well go there again before we come home! :D http://www.sonnysbbq.com/ has a pic of the pulled pork...
