November 28, 30, December 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 12, 14, 16, and 17

Now all I got to hope is they start selling them on May 1st and I can pick mine up personally [8D]. They went on sale April 30th last year so here's hoping.

Now I am upset. We were looking forward to going to this but don't arrive until 18th December:(

I thought it would go on pretty much up Christmas[?]

If I remember correctly we flew out on the 18th last year and went to MVMCP on 19th. I am guessing that it must be to do with days of the week that it finishes earlier this year as it is never on on a Saturday.

Yes I guess that will be the case. our trip at xmas was similar, we went on the 19th (along with most other members here! - Hey, wouldn't it be great if we could get enough members to have an OVMVMCP night?!), and my partners parents flew in on the 20th so missed out, such a shame as it's so festive, but I guess it's the busiest times after that week, as I have to say the days of the week up to 19th Dec, the themeparks were empty! I suppose they want to be able to show as many guests as possible the xmas decs. I did make full use of the free cocoa and cookies though, I was on a sugar high almost to a point that I stopped feeling the cold, I said almost!!!

Hello everybody, we are new to this site but have been checking it out for a couple of months now and have found the information invaluable for trying to plan our first visit to orlando at christmas this year.

We arrive on the 17th December (2 adults 3 kids 11,5,2) but would really like to go to MVMCP, do you know what time it starts ? and as we arrive at 3:00pm would we be mad to even attempt to do it on the first night.

The shows you get at MVMCP are the shows that are then shown for the 2 weeks of Christmas/New Year, so Dianne you will be able to see them on your normal ticket day.

They start at 7pm, so you would be able to fit it in if you felt fit enough! I personally always feel fine, but it's the rest of the family who are the weaklings! As Lesley says,m the shows you see on the night are shown as normal over the holiday period, but the night iself is very seasonal and I'd fit it in if you can!

The shows maybe the same, but you wont get your complementry hot chocolate and cookie, plus there is plenty more to see,and the parade id different with some items that dont feature in any other parades. If you are there when they are on I really recommend a visit, we have been for the last two years and it was great.
Book on line before you go and book early as tickets sell out very quick.

We've decided to go for it and have booked tickets for the 17th (the day we arrive).

Just got to keep our fingers crossed that we don't experience any delays!!

I believe an admission ticket is required to the theme park in addition to the MVMCP ticket. Does that mean if only go to the park for MVMCP then we lose a day from out multi park ticket?

You only need your MVMCP ticket to get in during the special event in the evening. You would only use a day on your pass if you went in during the day before the party as well:)
