Hi again,

This villa is still for sale - anybody interested?

Despite everything apparently going crazy over there at the moment our villa has not been snapped up yet.

The asking price is $297,500 ono (price suggested by our realtor)

Comments are welcome.

Having looked at that community the colours are all bright and when you see them in the lovely Florida sunshine look just right.

Karens right, once you`re there the colours look fantastic and make other homes look bland, Town Centre is a lovely area with a great entrance, very smart and upmarket. The Lake that this house overlooks is beautiful as well, it is the same as Thousand Oaks Lake and the views are fantastic. If anyone saw the "I want that house" a few weeks ago they featured the home next door to Nielsens, it had a balcony overlooking the natural lake and you could see from that how stunning the views are.

What a run..... 3 hurricanes and the buyer was still around at the end of it[clap]

Actual closing took 6 weeks - everything was ready to go at the end of July!!!.... And as a final insult we managed to get burgled AGAIN right before we closed - not happy.....

For those who care we sold for very close to the original asking price[msnwink]

Congratulations on the sale Tom and Mary.

It's nice to know that despite the hurricanes our properties are still a good investment.
