Bought the new Game Boy SP out there. Seem to recall that someone posted on here that they got an electrical adaptor online (for a small sum)to convert the charging process for UK use. Any further information would be helpful.

Thanks

Nigel

If you don't mind me asking, how much was it?

Thanks

You can get the adapters from Comet or Curry's. Not all of the stores have them so it's worth ringing round first.

They were $99.99 from most places. You need to shop around to get the colour you want though. We found the best deal at Electronic Boutique (in the Florida Mall) who were willing to sell at $64.99 with a trade -in on the old Game Boy advance!!!

Claire,

From memory, Game Station in the UK are selling GBA SPs for around £90 and they give you about £20-£25 trade in on old GBA consoles if you've got one.

So you may not need to travel to Florida to buy one (although its a great excuse !).

Hi Mike & Sue

I did that at Christmas for my daughter (she still hasn't noticed that the other one has disappeared), it cost £50 with trade in of the old GBA and 2 games.

I was just interested to see if there was a big price difference, if so I would have bought one for my Son.

Thanks anyway.
