Lakeridge Winery

Can someone please tell me if the Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards near Clermont is worth a few hours' visit? My wife fancies herself as a wine connoisseur (personally, I am not so sure! ;);)) and wanted to see the place. We have a morning free in the itinerary and wondered about it.

We have had wine from Lakeridge, didn't do the tour as it was very busy (raining all day) so simply brought what were supposedly the good wines - have to say we collect wine here in the UK and IMHO Lakeridge is not really something for a connoisseur more for chucking down the sink after saying YUK!

Only my opinion, maybe we just didn't like it...

its worth a visit just for the free samples hic.
no its quite good they take you round and show you everything very laid back.. then you get to sample ....

We pass this every trip as we always have a visit to Mt Dora-and wonder if we should call in.
