We are searching for a villa over the christmas period- is there a facility on this site for finding villas within our budget rather than emailing all owners with 3 bed villas??
You can put your requirements in the comments box (ie your budget) on the enquiry forms. People with homes that don't come within your budget probably won't bother to reply. Remember though that Christmas is one of the peak periods.
Home owners can't answer enquiries for home any other way on OV. All verified home owners will tell you the reference number of their home - if you get any email replies without this, they may not be a verified home owner on these sites. If you get any like these, please let us know.
If you have an a budget amount that is not flexible then state it clearly in the comments box eg only reply if .... otherwise you may get other replies as well - if you just put a guide price you are likely to get others over that as well

Are there any condo owners who advertise on this site? or all villas?
Remember that there are three sites and that you need to put the request on all three sites separately - OV, Villasflorida and onlinefloridavillas

Yes Joolz there are some condo owners on the site, but not many compared to villa owners.

I read on this site that some villa owners find it a chalenge to rent out and that you receive about 40 email requests a day-- I put out a request for christmas rental property - on about 4 websites- I have received over 300 replies[msnscared]
I didnt realise how many people were registered on sites like these... any ideas on how many ? any estimates on how many rental villas there are in Orlando?
It doesn't help if you are on a budget cos you cant limit the scope of the replies- so Ive had to trawl through loads that are out of my range-
However there are some lovely properties- I realise that as home owners it takes a lot of effort to market your homes- Thanks to everyone who has sent info to me- I am sorry but I shant be able to reply to everyone- [msnembarrased]
