Island Cove 32824

Hi,
I´m new to this forum so maybe this is a very silly question. Still, does anybody have information on the Keystone, Villa Del Sol and Island Cove subdivisions in zip 32824? I haven´t found any discussions about this area. I´m looking for a vacation condo with possibility of short term rental. These condos seem newly build and are priced around 130K which is about what I want to spend on a vacation home. Are there any drawbacks to this location?

Are you sure that's a short term rental zone as it's in Orange county over near Orlando International Airport?

I dont know the subdivisions at all but that is a big zip code which goes all the way to Boggy Creek Road. You would need to look carefully at zoning. The nearest zoned place would be BVL. Is BVL in that zip? Funshine??
