Hi
Does anyone have any information on this community. Thanks.

It is on the Ronald Reagan Parkway (CR54). It was built by Dean Homes and the show home was sold in late 2000. It is a mixture of permanent residents and STR. Some properties overlook a lake.

My home is on this community. It is a very peaceful area and so close to all the main attractions and highways. Like Mike says, it's a mixture of permanent and STR. It is only 2 minutes to the Championsgate complex and 10 minutes to Disney. If there is anything else you wish to know, please ask.

Thanks Arlene
We are very close to booking a villa on this community so would appreciate any information. Does it have any community facilities...not that we would have time to use them !! Location wise it appears perfect. We also want to stay in a place which is part residential so that we get the feel of living there (future dream to be an owner!). This will be our first villa holiday, and so we are just testing the water really. The choice of communities seems vast, so we were looking for somewhere both scenic and close to the action.
The villa we are looking at seems very reasonable...£700 for 2 weeks during the Easter school holidays, so now I have been reassured on the community I am sure we will go ahead and book it. Thanks again.

£700 for 2 weeks at Easter is extremely cheap. Our 3 bed would be £1060 for those dates.

Perhaps it is because we are not there for the whole Easter weekend....just from the Saturday. I hope it isn't cheap for the wrong reasons!!!!

I'm not sure - we would only take Saturday to Saturday bookings over Easter and would charge £530 per week for all Easter weeks.

Our low season rate is £425 per week so even that would be £850 for 2 weeks - and low season is only really quiet periods like November and early December - definitely not Easter as you can rent Easter out with your eyes closed and no effort at all [msnsmile].

This one is £350 per week, and then £50/week for pool heat if required. Would you be worried if it was this cheap. Other quotes we have had for the same weeks were £400 and £450 per week. If I can contact you privately I could tell you which villa it is an you can advise me. I don't know if it is an advertiser on this site, as I found it elsewhere.

No problems - send me a pm with the details and I'll be happy to take a look. I'm sure it is genuine but would be interested to take a look anyway.

Can you pm me also with the link and I will see if I can identify the villa. I know a few of the owners on the estate. But as John says that rate for the Easter period is very low.

No, I didn't. If you could maybe send it again, that would be great. Or even send me an email if you wish. Thanks

Sarah,
Maybe the reason that it's so cheap,is that the owner doesn't have a mortgage, and therefore doesn't need to charge the normal going rate. out

It shouldnt make any difference mortgage or not,why would you sell something way below market value at peak times even if you could afford to ?

I agree with you Lesley. When somebody gives their villa away at a peak period like Easter, then you have to wonder why. I could have sold Easter 5 times over,so it's baffling.

If you manage to get the reason for this, then i would be interested to hear it.

I am now starting to get very anxious about booking this villa. But even the other two villas I am looking at are only £400 and £450 per week, so £350 isn't that much less.Have you managed to check it out for me Arlene as I really don't want to be ripped off.
