HOW DOES VISTA DEL LARGO COMPARE WITH LAKE BERKLEY
Do you mean the area it's in or the homes?

I have a property on Vista Del Lago but I am afraid I don't know the other site you mention.
At the end of the day it depends on what you want to get out of your holiday. The properties at VDL are categorised as mobile homes and are 2 or 3 bedrooms suitable for 6 people. The standard of equipment and furnishings inside are equal to that of any other home. They do not have the advantage of a garage which is normally converted into a games room but VDL does offer a wide range of sporting activities all of which are free.
They do not have private pools but we never wanted a place with a private pool mainly for two reasons. Firstly our two sons are both ex-county standard swimmers and looking at the size of most houses with pools 2 strokes and they would be across it. Secondly we like meeting people and over the past 3 years we have made many friends both from the US (who live there) and from the UK by going to one of the 3 pools on the complex.
The rental prices at VDL tend to be lower than those houses with pools because you don't have to maintain the pool. As I said it depends on what you want from your holiday. Both have a place in the market, both have plus and minus points but at the end of the day it is down to exactly what you want from your holiday home. Remember you are going to be on holiday so how much time will you actually be in it.

It's also very handy for Disney with lots of facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants etc very close by.
