Staying in southern downes Villa complex for the first 3 weeks in June. There is a group of us and one people carrier. Is there any other form of transport to ferry people to, for example international drive? Its about half an hour away and I guess taxis would be expensive.

Hi Andy
Remo operates a service which several guests have found a useful alternative to a taxi, and have all recommended him. He will ferry you to the theme parks, or wherever you wish, and you can call or arrange when he will come back for you.

Would agree with Steph on Remo. Public transport in Orlando is virtually non existant apart from a bus service part way along 192 and the trolley bus up and down I Drive itself so a shuttle is really the only way to go ( even though it is just a glorified taxi!!) Do you mean Southern Dunes???

Someone who drives for a living-and definitely did not want to drive over there used Mears coaches and thought they were very cheap.
