Given that the entry rules have now been relaxed, is the NHS Scotland App acceptable for proof of full vaccination? If not, what will I need to provide as proof of full vaccination?

Does it include a bar code or QR code? The certificates on the NHS England app are now valid 6 months instead of 30 days so don't know if it's equivalent.
