Villa enquiry sent

Hi all, it’s been a long time since I posted a question but I have a query. How long should I expect to receive emails from villa owners after sending an enquiry? I posted a query on the 20th and haven’t had any emails yet. In the past when I’ve done this I get lots of emails through very quickly. Am I being too impatient?

Hi Margaret, when was your query for - if it was a 4 bed I can see if the enquiry has come out

Hi Christine, I don’t think I specified a particular number of beds. I only need a 7 day rental this time, from Friday the 18th of September next year. I wonder if that’s why I haven’t had any replies .....

Hi,

I have just had a look at the General and non specific villas enquiries sent out on the 19th, 20th and 21st and can see nothing that matches your requested dates.

I would normally expected you to get replies within hours of your posting so all I can suggest at this stage is that you resend you request. If you post here when you have done that I will check if it is showing in the list that has been sent out.

Thanks Dave, I have just sent another enquiry. I received an email confirming my enquiry had been sent last time and thought it was strange that I had not received any replies!!

Did you only ask for 4 bed villas as it is not showing for 3 bed properties?

I don’t think I specified a preference for number of bedrooms, I did mention there was only 2 of us this time.

I've just checked the 3 bed requests that have been sent out over the last two days and there is nothing there for September. As there is only two of you you may want to put out a second request for 3 bed villas so you have the widest choice possible.

It was a general not bed specific so you not see these when you go on list enquiries

I can see seven general enquiries for today but not anything for the dates quoted which made me think it was only directed at 4 beds if you can see it.

Just to let you know that I can see two enquiries going out for you this morning one at 7:21 and the other at 7:44.

Thanks to everyone for their help. This is why I always use this site for villa and car hire!! I'm at work until 6.00 so can't wait to get home and start looking, part of the holiday experience for me.

It doesnt show when you go into list enquiries but did come through as an email yesterday

Not sure how but yesterdays was a 4 Bed and todays a 3 bed. At least Margaret now has plenty to look at.

I picked a Sunset Lakes villa for my next trip in 6 weeks. This will be my third visit to this location.

That’s good to know Dave. I must admit we did dither a bit when choosing our villa, we have always stayed around the Indian Creek area and we have become so used to that area. Enjoy your holiday.
