Emerald Island

We are thinking of hiring a villa in Emerald as we are attending a wedding. If we have visitors to the villa (not staying) is it complicated for them to get in as it is a gated community ?

We had a visitor whilst we were there, just told security staff at the gate the night before and our guest's name was put on a list, she had no problem coming in by taxi next morning.

Can highly recommend Emerald Island.
