This question may well have been asked and answered before, but here goes.

My mother-in-law (hey, I'm becoming Bernard Manning !) wants to buy one of those MM telephones after seeing them in Florida a couple of years ago.

I know that the connections are different, although buying an adaptor is easy enough, however are the actual phones compatible with the British telephone networks ?

Any advice from the telecommunications experts will be gratefully received.

Mike

My daughter got a lovely Winnie the Pooh one in the UK. It was an end of sale item-and could kick myself that I din't spot it first!

Don't suppose anyone has seen any. She only paid £20 a couple of years ago!

I like this.....buy your holiday gifts before you go !!

It saves on ths luggage space and ensures compatability.

Just dont tell her !!!

Thanks for the info,
