Can anyone advise what the procedure at the parks when waiting in line with a baby. We will be travelling with our 1 yo granddaughter and taking in as many rides as possible. Do we wait in line with baby, obviously baby can't ride, so what happens?

Many of the bigger rides operate a "baby swap". You wait inline as a group with your infant and when you reach the front, whoever is looking after the child goes into the baby swap area, when the first members of the party have ridden you then "swap" and whoever has been left holding the baby gets to ride.
Just ask at the beginning of the ride if there is a baby swap in operation. This happens at Universal as well.
