View Full Version : baggage claim when flying ba or virgin at orlando
When flying into orlando and using the airport system to transport bags from the international arrival place to the main terminal, do the bags get to the same terminal where you would normally checkin?
Ie. virgin, the bags would get sent to terminal A.
BA would get sent to terminal B
or are they all sent to a particular terminal, irrespective of who you fly with?

When we have used the airport internal system, Virgin bags have arrived on A8 as far as I remember, next to the car hire desks. Last time we had to wait for over 30 min for them to arrive so when ever possible we hang onto our bags and take them through the airport ourselves.

thanks for this.. Virgin are terminal a for departures, so this makes sense, We've got a family with 5 kids (2 under 5) going, so probably not going to be get all the luggage on the escalator.
Not sure if they are going BA or virgin, or even thomas cook.

If they ask when they put the cases on the second belt after customs, the staff will confirm the collection point.
