ESTA application wont allow me input passport numbers HELP!!

Hello,
I'm trying to summit a group application for my family of five an have no issues with the first two people. However when I get to number 3 the space for the passport number is always blocked out so I can't anything in or go any further. I've tried several times HELP!!! Anyone else had this?

Friend of mine had the exact same issue, her husbands passport number went in okay but then it wouldn't let her enter anyone elses.
She had to do them as individuals and not use the group option.

We always tend to do individual..

Try a different web browser maybe...

You will be charged $14 for each application whether you do it as a group or individually
