We're booked at Dave's Ski School al Lake Bryan for the morning for the 3-hour 'Watersports Adventure' and this should finish by 12:30 pm.Then at 3pm we have Parasailing sessions with Sammy Duvall's Watersports in Disney's Contemporary Resort. I thought that it might be a good idea to have lunch at the resort's Californis Grill in between. Are their lunches as good as the famous dinners? Do we need to reserve places for lunch too? (the day is a Monday)

Well, the website certainly says 'lunch and dinner'.

It only says dinner on the Disney website:
