Went to a fruit stall in AK in May. The bananas were lovely and really cool and refreshing even though it was about 4.30 in the afternoon. Not much fruit left at that time but reading the selection on offer looked good.
Went to another one in Toon Town earlier in the day great selection grapes,melons,apples,fruit salads etc LOVELY. thanks for the tip.

Slightly straying off your post,Sarah,but I remember staying in a friends flat in Bournemouth one summer.We were in their beach hut on one of the hottest days on record.It was on the upper storey and the family in the bottom hut were eating iced melons.We were drooling!

OOH i have just eaten a slice of melon and thought it could have been a bit cooler even though it came out of the fridge, now iced melon sounds wonderful.

We always buy some ice cold grapes and melon from the fruit stall near Tower of Terror and Rockin ROller Coaster, lovely and refreshing, especially if you are waiting in a queue.
Bought a lovely fruit salad bowl from there this trip and it was delicious. Just a nice change from Chicken strips and fries!

I like grapes dipped in a berry yoghurt,too! Or talking about yoghurt;if you semi freeze a toffee yoghurt,that is bliss.Timing is critical,though!

In Miami, instead of fruit stalls they have 'smoothie' stalls - it's a meal in itself.

We had a lovely fruit smoothie in Seaworld. Talk about HUGE though.

Where's the place that does the frozen, chocolate dipped bananas? I know we've had them more than once but can't remember where we got them from.

You used to be able to get them in the parks.Steph,but have not actually looked for them recently
Liesa,have you thought of getting a juicer?
Can't remember seeing fruit stalls but will lookout for them next time, sounds just the sort of thing we all like.
My girls would love ice cold grapes etc.

Also in Pizza Planet in Epcot they serve Grapes and fries.

Chocolate dipped banana things are they the ones in packets on sticks? if yes they sell them on the ice-cream stalls,all over the parks. I remember them being on almost every corner of every park. By Rockin Roller, Tower of Terror, Caseys corner, all the lands just about everywhere really.
