Fabulous 4 bed/ 3 bath villa on the impressive gated community of THE ABBEY AT WEST HAVEN with recreation facilities including tennis courts, gym etc.
We have decided to sell our beautiful Orlando villa as our family have grown up and we find we only visit once a year nowadays.
We bought the villa as a new build and have always maintained a very high standard of accommodation with many extras and regular upgrades to furniture, décor and soft furnishings. We have enjoyed many family holidays there as well as establishing a successful business with many guests returning on a regular basis. We had 33 weeks booked in 2014 and already have 20 weeks of bookings in place for 2015. Our home is on a premium corner plot and not overlooked from the rear, with a private south-west facing 28’ x 14’ pool, covered lanai, Palm Casuals luxury pool furniture etc.
