Still not made the decision to sell, may think about it again in Summer and decide then. As the children are now older and we can only visit once a year we have decided to sell our beautiful home.

5 bedroom/4 bathroom villa (2nd master suite first floor).

Luxury home with south facing extended pool and deck and hydro spa, games room, great layout, sleeps 12.

We are the original owners and maintained our villa to a very high standard resulting in a successful rental business with several guests returning. We have bookings in place for 2015. We upgraded our home from new with many extras and we are on a premium lot on a quarter of acre, tropical landscaping and private south facing 30 x 15 pool, upgraded furniture, tiles etc. The villa had a total repaint externally and internally June 2013.
