I know this is going even more off topic but i was hoping one of you computer addicts may be able to help
we have been informed by our telphone internet provider that our phone bill will include one call for £57.00 which is because when our daughter was on msn messenger she ignored a pop up which appeared or didn't notice this it.apparently this was charged at £1.00 per minute. anbody had experience of this or know what we should do next?
phone company seem to think it,s not their problem.

Not had this problem personally but you could try complaining to OFTEL (now OFCOM) at http://www.ofcom.org.uk/ who regulate these things. The page for complaints is at http://www.ofcom.org.uk/contact_ofcom/tel_issues/ for ISPs and telecoms.
