Park Tickets 7 days in 14

Looking at Park Tickets, the Disney 7 Day Park Hopper, Water Fun & More, 14 day expiry.
It says that you get 7 days admission to MK, E, HS & AK + 7 options for water parks, min golf, Quest etc.
Does that mean that we can visit the main Disney parks for 7 full days if we want, and then have 7 separate visits to Golf, Quest etc on days when we are not visiting the parks ?
Or does it mean that we have 7 days of Disney "stuff" in total, and cannot do anything Disney on the other 7 with these tickets ?

You have 7 days to the parks and 7 extra activities which can be taken on the same day as a park visit (wouldn't advise this) or on different days. Disney Quest is a good choice on wet days but can be busy on these days. If you do the mini golf the fantasia one is brilliant

What Christine said above :) plus although there is no hopping on this ticket you can do a main day and minor day on the same day if you wanted too.
