Possible I-4 Improvements

It details some potential improvements to the I-4, including an optional toll lane, which costs more depending on how busy the free lanes are!

We may not want this, but I'm sure the governmental agencies do. They have recently installed something similar in the Washington, DC area, called HOT lanes. The tolls fluctuate based on current usage. I have seen toll amounts up over $20 for a 30 minute drive.
