Hi everyone,
We bought a new villa in Silver Creek in October '03.
We hope it will be ready end of May early June although April was what we were first told!! Heading over to spy in April anyway so should have an idea of how its going.Hope to chat with some of you soon!

We are also very new to the world of villa ownership, ours will not be ready until November!
Everyone on the forum is really helpful and I have learnt so much from asking questions and reading other peoples.
Hope things will have progressed really well by the time you go over in April.

Where did you buy? I know we looked at loads of places but Silver Creek was to good a value to say no.

We bought at High Grove which is on the 27 just as you turn north off the 192.
Where is Silver Creek?

We are Phillip and Adeline and have also bought on Silver Creek. We have been told June completion as well - bought in December. Welcome to the forums and hopefully we can share news on Silver Creek. Which lot are you? We are 88.

Welcome, we are on HW 27 on Tuscan Ridge, although we bought in March last year we only completed in December, so have now been thrust into the full realisation of what home ownership is all about.
On saying that, we are enjoying it and have no regrets what so ever

Silver Creek is on 27 also, i think its cleer creek/woodcrestway area?
I've forgotten, hope i can find it in April!!

We bought our first home in August and just closed on our second home a couple of weeks ago.
We just love our homes and are sure that you will too.

Shirley, Silver Creek is on the 27 as Paul says behind Clear Creek and Woodridge.
Paul, we went for a 1934 and yes, Kim is all right when you get hold of her.

Hi,
We have bought a 1934 model on Plot 10 at Silver Creek jointly with our inlaws. Hope we can keep in touch and exchange info with you regarding progress. We hope ours will be complete in September and we are going out in October for 2 weeks to test it out.
