View Full Version : No email confirmation received and no answer to my subsequent email

I placed an order early last week with www.park-tickets.com (http://www.park-tickets.com), but rather stupidly I put in the wrong email address, so I haven't received an email confirmation of my order. I emailed the website the next day to let them know the correct email address, but I got no response and I still haven't had confirmation of my order.
I've user the site 3 or 4 times in the past 5 years, so I'm not overly concerned, and the money has been taken from my credit card, but it would be nice to have some acknowledgement, just for peace of mind,

I am struggling without a name or order number (I need something to be able to search with). I see no email either try emailing again and DM your name and/or incorrect email address.

I've looked up your forum email address and cross-referenced this to a park tickets order. I've emailed the details to Martin (florida4sun) who does all the park tickets work for us and he'll be in contact very soon. He does not have access to the forum user details so could not look this up himself.

Found the order updated the email address to the same one you have registered with the forum. Confirmation was sent again. The email used was completely different, not just a typo. So not sure if you are still using the address we have found. Any problems email info@park-tickets.com

I have a completely different email address which I use for all Florida related bookings, which is the one I 'tried' to use when I made this booking.
Thanks for all your help - I have the confirmation now.
