Delta check in luggage

Hi
we are in florida at the moment. We fly back to london connecting at Detroit. There are 5 of us and we are allowed 23kg of luggage each.
Does anyone know if you can use more than one case each to get your allowance of 23kg.If not how do I go about paying for an extra bag as I cannot check in online as I have no pc and printer.My daughter loves to shop but until I know I've told her she cant do anymore.

Delta website says second bag is 75 Euros - about (£60; $96), you won't be able to have more than one free bag each - this is payable at the airport.
