With such a high number of tourists in Orlando, does anyone know if the Costco in Orlando offers a reduced cost, short-term membership? I don't think that the regular cost of membership would be cost-effective for a three week stay, but it would be nice to pick up the odd item. I know that several years ago when we went with a member, we were able to pick up discounted park tickets.

If you are lucky to live near a costco in the UK and have membership, you can go into any costco in the US.

Your uk membership will work fine. Ticket discounts are not as good as what we offer though.

Unfortunately, as we don't live in the UK, we don't have any membership, but thanks for the advice :(

Not sure if this applies to costco, but BJ's did do a day ticket, but you didn't get the full discount.

If your passing it may be worthwhile popping in and asking.

Costco used to do a 'day pass' as well - don't know if they still do. We use our UK card. BJs had a 60 trial which we used last month - although you can't use coupons, etc., it's still cheaper for some things.
