Reassure me please

Last Saturday I spent $1800 on park tickets from this forum and paid extra for 7 to 10 days delivery to UK, I keep checking my status for tracking my order and it says they haven't left the Orlando office yet even though I should be receiving them by next Wednesday. I have emailed them twice but had no reply is this the norm or am I being too anxious.

Hello,
the tickets are delivered within 7 - 10 working days. We have replied to your emails, so I would be checking spam your or the ISP sfilters. 10 working days would be delivery by the 28th. Once tickets are dispatched the system is updated.

Always buy tickets from here, never had a problem.
