Hi Everyone.
I am about to put my home up for sale and wondered if there would be any interest on here before i put it up.
This was my home for 3 years whilst we lived in Florida. It has never been used for short term rental and as such is in excellent condition.
The house is on the 4 corners sub-division.
This is a beautifull well maintained home on a spacious corner plot.
Backing on to a dry retention area there are no close overlooking neighbours.
The pool area has a larger than normal deck area where you can sunbathe or have BBQ's, unlike some where you have to sit in a narrow space between the house and the pool.
The Pool has a built in relaxing hot tub/spa.
The house is offered unfurnished.
