Hi Carl

Weston Hills is a gated community on HW27 3 miles north of its junction with HW192. It is quiet community with primarily residential homes, and has a very active Homeowners Association which ensures it is well maintained. The communal facilities include 3 large swimming pools, a childrens splash pool and playground, tennis courts and basket ball courts.

There is a new shopping plaza just less than a mile from the gates of Weston Hills, which has a lovely Publix supermarket, plus a Chinese takeaway.

There are several restaurants and bars within a few minutes drive south on the 27 and a huge choice along the 192. If you drive a few miles north on HW27, there is a great shopping plaza which includes a multiplex cinema, JC Penney, Ross and TJ Maxx, plus restaurants including Red Lobster, Olive Garden etc.

Like many vacation rental communities in the area, if you stay at Weston Hills you do really need the use of a car.
