Hi everyone
Just wondering if anyone has a 4 bedroom villa with pool and spa on emerald island for 11th April 2013 for 14 nights? Our budget is £1200 inc pool heating.
We have stayed at emerald island and loved it but the villa we usually go to has been sold.
Many thanks x

Hi,

You should not get any replies to this enquiry as members are not allowed to respond to requests on the forum. If you do get replies they may not be from genuine members who have had their villa ownership checked.

You need to put out a request on both of the links below and then you should see some replies.

Easter? tough one as Easter is the busiest time of year, may be a good idea to widen your location requirement.

I agree with Chris your budget is far too low especially for Easter time. Maybe if you increase your budget you may receive some responses.
Good luck

We've just come back from Florida..
Our Manco. reckon 15,000 rental villas have 'disappeared' from the market leaving many of the major agents looking for accommodation this Easter.
The oversupply of villas which led to rental prices being forced so low that owners had no option but to sell up has now been reversed & a budget of £1200, although (just) possible last year, really is far too low.........

It won't be Easter on those dates.... Easter is 31st march next year!

It may not be Easter but the UK schools holidays in some regions cover your start date. As most UK people will book 2 or 3 weeks you are still within the the highest peak period of the year.

You are looking early which is good but some villas are already booked for this period.

As has already been said Emerald Island is a very nice resort. However limiting yourself to only this one and a 4 bed including pool heating for £600 a week may mean that you get very few replies.

Once it includes school holiday the prices will be higher. I doubt you will get Emerald Island for that price, at that time of the year. Just send out a request and see what happens.

Thanks have done it now but the dates I have given aren't school holidays. Easter is 31st march next year!

Sorry to keep repeating myself BUT you are asking for Easter 2013 school hoilday dates.

There are some differences by county in the UK BUT most schools break for Easter on Thu 28th March and Return on Mon 15th April.

This is the peak period for UK visitors with children who will be booking two weeks from the Fri or Sat. As such your requested start date falls within this period which will make it harder to get what you want.

Easter or not, £600 per week is low for April............ I charge (and get) more than that for my villa, with pool heat extra.

Good luck in your search - hope you find something suitable.

Hayley send an enquiry for your requested dates. Hopefully you will receive some responses. I fully understand you have a budget most of us do. I would try and increase your budget if possible for your peace of mind.[msnscared]

Hayley I would definitely send out an enquiry now as the end of March and start of April are also very popular visiting times for Americans. It is the end of the snowbird season and some villas will already be booked through to Easter next year with returning snowbirds.

Hi hayley82,

I know what you are saying in that it's not Easter. The period you are looking for starts from two weeks after Easter, therefore you are saying that you are out side the +/- two weeks on either side of Easter. In saying that, though, the problem is that all villa owners are individuals, and therefore there is no set dates for low/mid/high/peak season/off season/all one price season pricing strategies and trying to get all us villa owners to agree to a system would be like trying to herd cats.

The main thing is, though, ... have lots of fun with the vacation planning!
