Can anybody tell me what time EPCOT opens?

Has always been 9am - individual parts of it actually open later, if you go to the website for Disney you can get opening times for all of th eparks.

Epcot Will open at 9am but the worldshowcase will open at 11am

9 am for the pavillion and 11am for world showcase :)
