Do you mean kiosk. using your USCARHIRE voucher you can go direct to the self service kiosk with your reference number in hand and tap it all in, print it out and away you go to the carpark to the guys that give the cars out

Yes, the new fast pick up system is available at Sanford as well as Orlando International. I used it a couple of weeks ago at Orlando International and it is great and saved us lots of time.

Am I right in assuming you register for "fast track" with Alamo before departure then just key in a reference number and it prints a contract ? What about additional drivers as I will have 3 in addition to myself - is this done before departure when registering or is it done at the kiosk?
Going with Alamo in November (through US Car Hire) and never done the fast track before.
I have Silver Option and have to pay for a ful tank on collection. how does that work through the kiosk? Do you tap in or swipe your credit card?

You register with alamo fast track. before you arrive. doesn't really matter about the additional drivers at the time, you key can key them in at the kiosk. I did that. as we had two drivers on gold.
With the silver option the voucher is already set in the kiosk and it will know that you have to pay for fuel, and you swipe a credit card through the terminal it will let you know the total before you do.
When we arrived at Sanford we arrived just under 2 hours earlier, so my collection time was a bit off, and the machine had calculated that I need to pay for additional time, but the guy came over and re-adjusted it, so my arrival time and departure time were ok and no surcharge was applicable.
Now I know how he did it if that ever happens again, which I very much doubt. I can adjust it myself.

Having not used Sanford for a number of years, I am not totally up to date with the procedures, but having always booked a full size suv they are always brought to you even in MCO. years ago I did book an economy car at sanford at it brought to me then as well, but not sure about now if you book a normal car so to speak

We have chosen our car at Sanford both times we have arrived there, November last year and May this year!

Yes, Alamo have their 'Choice' service at Sanford. Sometimes if you have a larger car, as a courtesy they will drive it round for you. If they offer this you can usually still ask them what the options are, and if it is OK for you to go and chose the car you want.
