Due to the Pub trade going into decline, we are finding it a constant struggle to give 100% to our lovely villa, so we have decided to sell, it is a 4 bed 3 bath with conservation behind. Please pm for more details.

No, it's totally unrelated. You have 0 OV Points so won't be getting sent any General Enquiries at the moment. As soon as you earn some OV Points (lots of ways to do that :)) they will start again automatically.

Villa has just been relisted and asking price is now $179900.
