E.2 visa child application

My grandaughter has lived permanently with me since July 1998 and a Residence Order was made by the courts in my favour in 2002. The order states that I am responsible for her 'as though I was her mother'. Different visa consultants have given me different advise. One saying she would be accepted, another telling me she won't. I have been in touch with the education authority in Florida and they have said that there is not a problem with her being schooled there. She will be 14 in June 2004. Does anybody have any advise with regard a visa for her?

They educate anyone of the right age here. We were never even asked to show my sons visa. A lot of the kids here are to be frank illegals and they do not deny them an education because of that.

She has been doing E2 applications for years and years and is a specialist. She also has contacts at the embassy. I am sure that she can find out the answer to your question.
