Where is the Ron Jon Shop that opened in Orlando?

I have a feeling it may be in the new centre at the top of I Drive (opposite the Belz). I think it's called Festival Bay.

Chris, went there in November and thats where it is. On the right before Belz as you go up I-Drive.
