Hi,

We have bought the Grand Lagoon model at EI. Any suggestions on renting, furnishing. They have just started building ours on lot 58 of Sunrise Key. Any idea how long it will take?? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Suggest you read the Emerald Island thread under yours. This will give you some idea of what you can expect.Some have taken 12months from deposit(mine) others 8 months but from your start date ie. slab 20 weeks is my guess.:(

hi Jaynjane, i am on lot 60, mine have not even started as yet. if u get some photos from psh do look out for lot 60 if u could find it in ur photos.
