Budget Fast Track @ Miami

Just received my 'new-look' Rental voucher for our car hire with Budget @ Miami in July.

Never used the Fast Track system before so can someone help me please as there does not appear to any link to it on the new voucher.

Suspect you will have to sign up for Budget Fast Track independently of OV you can do it direct on Budget.com website. It just saves time on arrival and bypasses any hard sell of upgrades etc.
