hi

we're thinking of renting a villa in Creekside. It looks like it's pretty easy to get to the parks and right beside a walmart, but it looks like it is also right beside an airport and an old landfill.

has anyone stayed in this area and had any problems?

thanks

Hi,

we own on the community virtually next door to creekside, and the old landfill is not a problem, likewise the airport.

The old landfill has been shut for 6 months. The airport is a small municipal airport, with a few light aircraft coming in and out. It does also house the warbirds museum, so you do get a couple of the old fighter planes go over on a weekend. We've been here 3 weeks, and can't say we've noticed much. Most of the time we're out and about anyway.

Hi Fi, We stopped at a villa at Creekside @ Christmas 2009. For us great location with no bother from aircraft. Did see a P51 Mustang fly over, (awesome).

As for the tip we didn't know there was one there.

We have a vacation home across Bass road from Creekside on Bass Lake Estates don't think its a commercial passenger Airport maybe the odd private small plane as in light aircraft.
As for the location we think its one of the best!! with Walmart on your door step and 2 minutes from the 192.

I manage properties on Creekside for 5 years and never new about the airport, must be a very small one. Creekside is a very nice subdivision and great location.

Creekside was the first location we stayed in 2003, thought at the time it was really good as we hadn't experienced anywhere else, but after staying in other locations I find that the villas in Creekside are all very closely packed together. The upside is that Walmart is at the end of the road.
