View Full Version : The Proper Pie Company
We have passed this place a couple of times this holiday and decided to try some pies. The company sells a range of individual home made sweet and savoury pies (large pies to order). We chose 2 different pies (Lemon chicken and herbs and Steak and Amish blue cheese) and really enjoyed them. They were packed with more meat than sauce and tasted great.
They also sell a range of English and Irish food items including OXO.
They are at Ridge Centre Drive, which is off the US27 on the north side not far from Posner Park.

I would like to pop in there next time we're in Fl in August.
We're on the US27 but I'm not sure where Ridge Centre Drive is, will have a look on Google maps
Thanks for letting us know Jill [msnsmile]

The one thing hubby always misses when in Florida is a good steak & kidney pie (not sure why he doesn't eat that many when we are at home[msnsmile2]) will give the pie company a try.
Stuart also had what they call a 'Banger roll' also known in the UK as a Pig in Blanket and he said it was a really nice pork sausage and gives them the 'thumbs up' as well
