We are wanting to go to celebration while we are at animal kingdom lodge does anyone no if we can get a bus as it's bout 7 miles from where we are staying

taxi is your best bet, if you do not have your own hire car.
you will be waiting ages for public transport and have to change buses a few times. I don't know the public transport that well. But you will have to get the Disney transport to probably Downtown Disney Market place and then they may be a lynx bus that can take you to the 192, where celebration is located, but you will have to walk from the 192 into the town, which will probably take about 15 min walk.
