Ticket collection

Hi guys,i have collected tickets before from the offices nr ponciana blvd'.I have a request really,im arriving at fl earlier than our guests staying with us,when they land we will go animal kingdom the very next day.So my request is,can i collect my tickets and his tickets as long as i have both paperworks and relative details?
Our guests obviuosly wont be present as ill be collecting the day before they land...

I'm pretty sure you also need the credit card you bought the tickets with as well. Martin will know for sure so if you want to email in the question to tickets@park-tickets.com he should get back to you quickly (just in case he misses the post here on the forums).

Sorry only the card holder with photo ID can collect the tickets.
