anybody know if Wii games are ok to buy in orlando? do they play ok back in UK?
The Wii is a Region Specific machine and US games do not play on UK machines. At present the only games console which is Region free and will play games from anywhere in the world is the Playstation 3.

Nintendo update the firmware all the time on the Wii so as has already been stated it wont work back in the US. DS games will work over in the UK as will most PS3 games but not Xbox 360 games.
