Hi all,

I've been reading elsewhere that Alamo have now (as of today's date, I believe?) relocated inside the airport, thus not requiring a shuttle bus anymore.

I know it may have only just happened, but, does anyone know if this is true?

If so, I may look at Alamo as prefer to pick from the row, but didn't want to get on a shuttle bus, no matter how short the journey.

Thanks

Sean

Don't know if this is true or not but we often use Alamo at Tampa because it is off airport and is easy to negotiate. The buses are frequent and only take a few minutes.

Hi Jill,

Yes I have heard that it is very quick, but after having a nightmare once before with a shuttle (in Miami at midnight on a Saturday) I swore I would never do it again.

If they have gone in the terminal building, it can only be better, I would have thought.

I checked Tampa Airport's website yesterday and Alamo were off site and checked again today and they are now on site, so I guess that answers my question.

I'm very impressed with the fact that the website has been updated straight away!

With this in mind, I'm favouring Alamo again now. Have used them the last couple of trips and they have been great.
