Just got back from a great holiday in Orlando.
We booked a mid size suv through this site with Alamo and on arrival at the Alamo desk at MCO were advised to upgrade to a bigger suv which I declined. We made our way to the Alamo garage to pick a car but were told that there was no mid size suv available so to pick any from the class above. We picked out a nice dark blue Dodge Journey and made our way to the villa in Clermont.
Arrived at the villa without getting lost, took out the cases and went to lock the car .....nothing. The car wouldn't lock with the remote or the key. I then noticed that it was a brand new car as it still had all the chrome bits covered with protective plastic. Anyway I was not going to drive all the way back to the airport again so managed to lock the doors manually apart from the boot.
Next morning, instead of going back to the airport, there was an Alamo desk on the 192 so went there. The guy there sent us to another Alamo garage at the Magic Kingdom who were very helpfull. The girl was very friendly, tried different ways to lock it but came to the conclusion it was faulty, so picked another car with another full tank of fuel and away we went with no more problems.
So just like to say thank's to the girl for being so nice and getting us on our way.
