'Richard Petty Driving Experience' on the description for this ticket it is described as near epcot, i thought it was next to magic kindom car park? maybe i'm wrong, anybody know?

From their web site for directions.

From I-4 East or Westbound
Exit 64 (192 West/Magic Kingdom/MGM Studios).
Then follow all signs to Magic Kingdom.

From Hwy 192
Exit at the Walt Disney World exit (no exit #). Follow all signs to the Magic Kingdom.
Upon entering the Walt Disney World property, proceed towards the Magic Kingdom toll
plaza. Let the toll attendant know that you are heading to the Walt Disney World
Speedway to avoid the parking fee. Once through the toll booth, follow the road to the
left. You will begin to see signs to the Richard Petty Driving Experience. Continue to
drive around the outside of the speedway. To the left you will see a white security station
and tunnel entrance. Proceed through the tunnel to the infield and park in the designated
area. Please arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to your experience and have your
waivers and participant forms filled out completely, as well as your driver’s license.

thanks for that mark, i've just google maped it and i would say its more at magic kingdom than epcot, its just before the car park unless, is there more than one? also what do you mean by 'waivers and participant forms filled out completely'

I think Martin meant to say Magic Kingdom rather than Epcot as it's situated at the bar end of the MK car park.
