I would have thought that in the current financial climate there would be more activity on this thread.
Are the forum members secure or do they just sell through US real estate agents?

We are not contemplating selling either especially in this climate. We have had a good year this year and for next year too.
Why would we want to sell our little piece of paradise[msnwink]

I wouldn't want to sell our villas,

Now looks more like the time to buy rather than sell
No intention of selling either - I am still looking forward to the day when I can be a snowbird and avoid the cold English winter.
