hi, i bought tickets last week and recieved an email stating that once payment has been taken i would recieve an email giving me a phone number to ring when i get into orlando as im having the tickets delivered to the hotel, payment has been taken a few days ago but havent recieved an email, ive tried emailing them through the website a couple of times with no reply, tried phoning the u.k helpline but its an answering machine, starting to worry a little now, heard that someone from parktickets is on this forum so hoping to get some clarification on whats happening

Just a thought, but have you checked your Spam folder as their replies may have dropped in there?
I've emailed Martin to let him know about this thread and he'll be able to get right back to you.

thanks alot, yeah always check my spam box, nothing recieved since the 1st email off them, will wait to see what martin says, thanks for the speedy reply
I wouldn't worry to much. it will be sorted, the people on this site are very reliable. Always buy my tickets here, never a problem.

Order 24316? The email was sent on the 1st of Oct and has been resent today. If you do not receive it send me a DM via the forum.

I used the 'send a comment' box at the bottom of my order page, and sent you a DM.

Hi, we are off to Florida on the 28th. I have been trying to get hold of Park Tickets.com as I had purchased a Richard Petty driving thing for my husband. The voucher has arrived but it has valid in 2009 on it. I have e mailed 3 times and had no reply. Help ! I hope that someone can help.

I've just taken a quick look and can only see one email from you prior to the one you have sent today. It looks like Martin responded to it at the time but he'll be able to say for sure when he pops in here soon. I know he does have problems with the occasional email going astray for one reason or another so I wonder if this happened to his reply to you.

Sorry I did not get any emails from you. I take it also means early 2011 will be fine too then ? It just does not look very good considering its a present. W

I send a question about possibly upgrading my tickets but haven't received a response.

No email problems and cannot see one from you. If the tickets are in your posession you will need to upgrade through parks. If they have not left our offices we may be able to change them.
