There's a little secret just about an hour from Kissimmee and it's called Mount Dora. A magical little place on a lake, with a steam train you can ride and lovely little curio and antique shops. You park your car and walk round-it's like stepping into small town america. The people are really friendly and we just love it.
If you go up the 27 and turn right onto the 19 past Tavares you ill see signs for Mt Dora. There's an icelandic pub, a lovely bear etc shop called Timeless Keepsakes oh and more!
